Helenistic Venture built the Hypnos app as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by Helenistic Venture and is intended for use as is.

TrueDepth API and Face Data Usage
Our application utilizes Apple's TrueDepth camera technology via ARKit's ARFaceTrackingConfiguration to power the optional "Eyes Open" alarm mission.
1. Information Collected: When utilizing the "Eyes Open" mission, the app reads exactly two facial blend shape values from the AR session: eyeBlinkLeft and eyeBlinkRight (numerical values representing the eye-open state). No other face geometry, depth mapping, facial features, or biometric identifiers are accessed, collected, or processed. The raw camera feed is displayed on-screen in real-time but is never captured, saved, or recorded.
2. Purpose of Collection: This data is collected for the sole purpose of verifying in real-time that the user has successfully kept their eyes open for a configured duration to dismiss a ringing alarm, proving they are awake.
3. Storing and Sharing: This data is processed entirely on-device in real-time and is ephemeral. We do not store face tracking data on your device's persistent storage, do not transmit it over the network to any server, do not write it to logs, and do not share it with any third parties (including Firebase or other analytics networks). The TrueDepth camera session runs only while the "Eyes Open" mission screen is actively visible and is immediately terminated once the screen disappears.
Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser fromthe websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.
This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.
